HOW TO ORDER
Orders may be placed in person,
by fax, mail, email, on-line order form, or via the telephone. Order
specifications received via the telephone are tape recorded and
repeated to the customer to insure accuracy.
Begin by carefully determining
the specifications of the product you wish to order.
Please specify the:
Job Description (P.O. # Name or Address)
Item (Raised Panel, Flat Panel, Plastic Stop, Slab Door,
Drawer Front, Panels Only, or No Panel Frame)
Design (Style #, Name + Bottom Rail option)
Panel Option (Swoop, Step, Hip, Tulip, Flat or PS Insert)
Edge Profile (Number)
Edge Placement (All 4, 4P, etc)
Dimension Specifications ( either opening or finish door sizes)
OPENING SIZES are measurements that reflect the actual cabinet openings.
Our computer will calculate the finish door sizes from these opening
OPENING SIZE measurement data should be:
# of Openings - Width -
Height - # per Opening.
(NOTE: The difference between opening size
and finish size is the "ADD-ON" Dimension. Be sure the Edge
Profile and the "ADD-ON" Dimension selected are compatible.
Please refer to the Edge Profiles for more information.)
FINISH SIZES are measurements that reflect the final size of the
product. This is the size you want the product.
FINISH SIZE measurement data should be:
Quantity - Width - Height.
(NOTE: Small sizes of certain styles may make design alterations
Special Milling Instructions (Special Parts, Color Match or
REGULAR COLOR TONE (no extra charge)
Select individual parts of a product by their face side color so
that there is not a sharp face side color contrast between the parts
of the same unit. Moderate face side color variations are
allowed. Color variations are allowed on the back side.
SPECIAL COLOR MATCH (add-on
This is an extension of the "Regular Color Tone Policy." Slight face
side color variations are allowed. Once the complete order is
assembled, then the entire order is compared to itself, so as to
achieve a more uniform face side color tone. Color variations
are allowed on the back side.
MULTI-PANEL GRAIN MATCH (add-on
This applies only to doors with multiple vertical panels. It
requires maintaining the integrity of the panel grain pattern by
cutting the panels for one door from one panel blank and then
assembling the individual panel parts in their original sequence.
